I use them as a vet for my adult dog and have always loved them. But I live about 30 mins away, so it's kind of a further drive. So when we recently adopted a puppy, we decided to try a vet closer to where we lived for the puppy, with the intention of switching our other dog eventually too. I just did not have a great experience with the vet I tried out for my puppy and wasn't very happy. Disclaimer:I know the owner. That being said, my dog was very ill last week and I knew they were not there that day. I was pleased to see, but not surprised, that I was treated no differently than any other time I've been there. 1st rate all the way, I wonder why other businesses vet or any other can't be half as professional and friendly. I won't go anywhere else.
Great staff and amazing doctors. My cats are always treated well and very well cared for by the Animal Clinic. I always recommend this place to all my friends and family!
If there's a better vet in town, I would be absolutely shocked. They treat us, and our dog, like family and their pet care rewards program is just icing on the cake.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team at MAAC. From carrying to my beloved Lucy Jane at the end of her life to being rock stars with Henry, my new (slightly high-maintenance) puppy, they are simply as good as it gets. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
Dr. Glore and Krista were absolutely AMAZING with our three babies today!! Miscommunication on my part, I arrived 2 hours early for my appointment, the entire staff was so friendly and very accommodating while we waited to be squeezed in early. Thank you for making our experience at Mass Ave SOO awesome!
