Disappointing in their reproduction department. I called to find out if semen collection/freezing/storage was a capability at their office since they advertised reproductive work on their website. No one would let me speak to the vet who would have those answers. I had to schedule and pay for a consultation and drive an hour to ask that yes or no question. I have no problem with a consultation IF they can do what I needed...but why spend all that time and money to possibly just be told no, they don't provide that service, wh... read more

These are the nicest people around! They were very warm & welcoming to my new kitten & I. They walked me through step by step along the way. They answered all my questions and reassured me during my worries! We went yesterday & today they called to check in, see how Ysma was holding up. Extremely impressed with them & so glad they came recommended! ��
