Was so impressed today with 1.) how quickly they got us in (I called at 10 and they made me an appointment for 11:45 the same day) 2.) how kind an professional both the nurses, ladies at the front desk and doctor were to both me and my kitty and 3.) how they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for the services and things I needed. Thank you so much for everything!
My dog has a penchant for doing battle with wildlife that wanders into the yard. This past Thursday she battled again and I wanted to have her checked. MAAC was great at getting her in that morning to be checked before I had to leave for work. They know her well and are alway kind and loving toward her. (Even the newest vet who had only seen her once before knew about her crazy hunter/warrior reputation.) I like the feeling that they care about my pet the way I do.

The staff of Mass Ave Animal Clinic always go out of their way to help us. We have two very active dogs, which makes for plenty of vet trips. Whether a checkup, a cancerous tumor removal, or a banged up toenail, they make us feel at home and taken care of. Thank you; we love you guys. Woof!
I normally go to their other location in Fountain Square, but I had an incident where my border collie snapped at my kitten, causing him to lose 4 teeth. They got me on the schedule at Mass Ave right away. I was an emotional mess because we didn't know if he needed surgery or not and I was being a typical worried mom. The staff was so great, showed a lot of empathy and kept me up to date. I was kept in the loop on the estimated costs as well. We took our new 8 week old toy Australian Shepard there yesterday. Dr Ryan and the entire staff were amazing !! We couldn't be happier and recommend them highly !!
