RecommendedI just brought in our 7 week old German Shepard/ Siberian Husky for her first visit. The staff was very professional and so kind and loving towards Luna ♥️ They were very patient and answered all of my questions; and were very knowledgeable about everything!!
We used to have a great experience here but communication and service have both gotten poor as the practice has increased in size. We also don’t recognize any of the old familiar faces that we used to see every day there. I’m not sure what has happened but it is very disappointing. Our dog used to love coming here and so did we.
Just brought my newly adopted cat in and we were both treated wonderfully. They patiently answered all my questions and gave great advice!
I absolutely love Mass Ave Animal Clinic!Everyone is so friendly and professional. My dog loves going in and seeing everyone! Dr. Squires always explains everything in detail. I have never had a bad experience and highly recommend them every chance I get.
Every person we interacted with was friendly and professional. They were a extremely patient and excellent with our cat and dog and something I LOVED was how clean and well kept the entire office was including the waiting area through to the exam room. We’ve been taking our puppy Cleo to mass ave clinic ever since we got her 10 months ago! They always love on her when she’s there and have always taken the very best care of her! Yesterday, Cleo got bit at a doggy daycare and it was a pretty vicious bite. We took her directly to the mass ave clinic and they once again took such great care of her! I Can not recommend this clinic enough. They always treat our dog so well and provide outstanding service. Do yourself a favor and take your puppy/kitty/animal there. You won’t regret it.
Caring people who are committed to your pet’s experience. My dog doesn’t do well with syringes (understatement). Some vets don’t seem to prioritize the importance of minimizing the stress level for your pet. Dr Squires and Jordan did a wonderful job of making my Frenchie as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend Mass Ave Animal Clinic.
