Food is great and hospitality is ever better shall be visiting again
A fantastic experience dealing with Violet. We were in a chain together which eventually completed last week (with lots of delays below). I was the agent in the middle of this chain trying to keep everyone together and Violet was a breath of fresh air and so professional. I would love to work with her again if one of my vendors decides to buy in this area. Great 5 * service – well done and keep up the good work!
found a house we liked originally landlord went with another applicant but it feel through so asked us and we accepted and landlord agreed. got to references but then the landlord pulled out. but i can not fault the team at mason one bit. from olivia showing us around who was extremely nice and gave us all the information we needed to know and was happy to answer any question 10/10 and wendy who did everything she could to help us with contacting the landlord and fighting out corner only spoke to wendy once on the phone but ... read more
Absolute time wasters. I shan’t be looking to buy through them anymore. I live in Derbyshire and had arranged a viewing on a property in Burwell, I received a call to say that an offer had been made but that I was welcome to view and if I liked it submit an offer. I telephoned before I left to make sure the seller was accepting offers otherwise I wouldn’t waste my time or money on a 4 hour round trip (after work) for nothing.
