Came over at short notice to get a small job done. Reasonably priced, good communication and no fuss.
Renewal of front bay flat roof. Mason & Sons came recommended and they did not disappoint! Rapid response to my enquiry, quickly followed by site survey and a detailed, competitive quote and the job scheduled and completed in under a week, I'm gob-smacked! Ian and his team were on site with the dawn chorus, they are thorough, efficient, tidy and communication has been excellent throughout, they took photos of the job as it progressed, which I wasn't expecting so I got a nice surprise when they emailed them to me. Had another company do half of the agreed work to a really low standard before abandoning the job and not replying to messages. These guys came in and picked up the pieces and did a really good job. They turned up early both days, got on with the job, and did it properly, sorting out the absolute mess left by the other company. Good communication throughout, tidy and considerate workers, and a good result. My only regret is not using them first time round.
We had five companies in to assess our leaking roof issue. Ian and his son were the only team to give us a written quote. The quote was by far the most reasonable cost wise. They came on time. Three, Ian his son and grandson. Carried out the required repair. Left the area clean and tidy. We have waited 3 weeks for some shocking wet weather.
