Not responsive and very slow at trying to make a deal, it took them 5 days to try to even make a deal and I gave up and went somewhere else

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Bill Brown Ford dealership! I was excited to explore my options, but from the start, I felt I wasn’t being taken seriously.
