The sales person, Pere, contacted me several times but unfortunately I was unable to obtain financing.
The Escalade is beautiful. It just didn't work for me. Christopher Zuzula went out of his way to suggest other cars, trucks and options I hadn't thought of. I recommend this dealership based on my experience.
Poor communication, Asked for information about vehicle, got a sales pitch and not the information. When I asked again, I got no reply.

Chris was very accommodating and helpful and responded quickly to our request for information. HIs dealership didn't have the car we were looking for and purchase was made elsewhere.
Yes, I purchased the Ford Escape. Sales team was very helpful and attentive. I was just a little disappointed that used cars only get 1/4 tank of gas, other dealerships always give full tank.
Went a different route but they followed up and offered to assist in any way. Did not purchase there but would consider if looking for a truck.
Very good experience but still a dealership...
