It was a good experience. The salesman was very nice and made the deal easy. The truck is a good truck and I got what I wanted.

After writing a poor review of this dealership for NOT contacting me after the INTIAL automated response, they called repeatedly. (that was a good thing) So, after reconnecting and explaining why I rated them a 1 star they explained that the car couldn't be sold as it was awaiting parts. Claude was my salesman. He was great. The dealership made it almost impossible to complete what should have been a very simple process. Pick a vehicle, pay with wire transfer or cashiers check. They didn’t want ever payment, but forced me to finance to be able to assure the vehicle I wanted was still there when I was able to get there. Was very interested in a Toyota Avalon they advertised. After contacting the lead manager and told him that, he promised a follow-up call that never happened.
