The people I talked to by phone they were vary helpful. I decided not to buy and E truck. But if I did I would have worked with this dealership and their very professional employees.

After writing a poor review of this dealership for NOT contacting me after the INTIAL automated response, they called repeatedly. (that was a good thing) So, after reconnecting and explaining why I rated them a 1 star they explained that the car couldn't be sold as it was awaiting parts. Then we talked about what the issue was and had a great discussion. Detailed descriptions of the faults/conditions and they expressed their desire to not put any more money into it. Claude was my salesman. He was great. The dealership made it almost impossible to complete what should have been a very simple process. Pick a vehicle, pay with wire transfer or cashiers check. They didn’t want ever payment, but forced me to finance to be able to assure the vehicle I wanted was still there when I was able to get there. They were fine, price was not what I was willing to spend
Was very interested in a Toyota Avalon they advertised. After contacting the lead manager and told him that, he promised a follow-up call that never happened.
Stayed in contact by following up on a daily basis
None stop calling and texting even after we asked them to stop and we were not interested. Calling 3 to 4 times a day plus 2 txt. Will not contact them again for a truck.
