I went to this dealership having purchased my current car from them, and after having done hours of research to develop reasonable expectations, and with two specific vehicles (by VIN) that I wanted to see. First, I had to walk through a wall of body guard-ish gatekeepers, then I was asked for my keys (I declined), was shown one of the vehicles I asked to see, another vehicle that looked like (but was not) my other choice, plus a third that was over what I was prepared to spend. Yes, the internet sales person emailed me quickly but then hounded me because he did not read my response. I do not like high pressure sales nor people who do not take my response seriously. I will shop elsewhere.
