I made an appointment for 2 o'clock today. One for me to get my nails dipped and one for my mother for a pedicure. I have been going there for 10 years or more. We got there at 1:45. I know they were busy. The manager, I believe his name is Tom was very unprofessional! Mary did my mom's pedicure while I sat and waited. I could have been soaking off the dip polish. booked an appointment with the owner of Mary’s Nails for my wedding day manicure, expecting a careful and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but. She rushed through the service, despite knowing how important this appointment was. In the process, she cut me multiple times—more than three—which is unacceptable. I've experienced minor nicks before during manicures, but this was far worse and clearly due to how hurried and careless she was being.

Mary never misses!! She has been doing my nails over 3 years now and I love them everytime! Just check out these shell-like teal nails, they are gorgeous! Love this place so much.

Dear Mary, When someone calls and asks if you take appointments, that means they need to get in and out by a certain time. Don’t say yes, and then don’t take my name or phone number. We all know you didn’t really mean it. When I walked in and no one asked my name and when there were no seats left for my 12:00 “appointment” it is obvious that you couldn’t care less. After a good first experience things quickly go downhill at this place. Each time I went the experience got worse and worse. After three tries, im over how poorly they treat customers. First, there is no such thing as an appointment here. It's normal for them to run a half hour late then to try to move you to an inexperienced nail person there instead of who you booked with.
