We have been taking Oscar to your shop for a year with Lauren and it's been wonderful but last time was with a new groomer who shaved him close on hind quarters that he is so miserable. We requested that he's not shaved too close on his hind quarters when we dropped him which is probably not relayed to the new groomer. Also, you decided to accommodate walk-ins so Oscar was in your shop from 11:30 (his appointment time) to 5pm!!! I think that was a horrible way to do business not to honor the appointment!!!
