I have been a patient at MOH for 12 years. Drs. Agrawal and Wallmark. They are great [CLL and Prostate]. However, this is a request to save a phlebotomist who works in the Bethesda office by the name of "Candy". Yesterday (Feb 17, 2026) she told me she is leaving - not for another job, but just leaving. If you’re like me and are forced to go here bc it’s the only place that your insurance accepts I apologize! I’m in the same boat. This place is awful! Just a bunch of robots with no compassion or empathy. From scheduling to treatment to the care it’s all around awful. I’ve missed prescriptions cycles due to calls not being returned. The infusion scheduler has a huge attitude for no reason and so I don’t even make my appointments while there. I just call, leave and message and a few days later I get a call, sometimes.
