Having diagnosed with cancer, I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received at Maryland Oncology Hematology Rockville location. From the first visit, the oncology doctors/nurses demonstrated not only exceptional expertise but also genuine compassion. During my treatment visits, the oncology team was attentive and provided me comfort as needed. I highly recommend MOH Rockville location to anyone seeking top-tier medical treatment.
Terrible receptionist, a lot of microagressions. They do not follow up with patients and are not apologetic either. The doctors and nurses are great but the front desk/office manager make it hard to feel heard especially when you are sick.
I have been a patient at MOH for 12 years. Drs. Agrawal and Wallmark. They are great [CLL and Prostate]. However, this is a request to save a phlebotomist who works in the Bethesda office by the name of "Candy". Yesterday (Feb 17, 2026) she told me she is leaving - not for another job, but just leaving. If you’re like me and are forced to go here bc it’s the only place that your insurance accepts I apologize! I’m in the same boat. This place is awful! Just a bunch of robots with no compassion or empathy. From scheduling to treatment to the care it’s all around awful. I’ve missed prescriptions cycles due to calls not being returned. The infusion scheduler has a huge attitude for no reason and so I don’t even make my appointments while there. I just call, leave and message and a few days later I get a call, sometimes.
