I saw Mary yesterday and the treatment was transformative. I had been having pain in my toe joint. How wrong I was! It was an ingrowing toe nail. A topical anaesthetic was applied. Ten minutes later the job was done, wound dressed and I was pain free. With instructions on wound care and told to pop in if I had any concerns.
