Dr. Kangas and Dr. Koenig are the best part of this place. The optical department whole different world. 1st she lied said glasses would be done in house, week, not even a week after picking up glasses, lens are defective, I'm told at point of being them in they had to send out because of my insurance, which she looked at the time of completing and accepting my payment. only to be told "oh I haven't seen this in a long time, it's where we send due to your insurance... now I had to call to find out now they are outsourced bec... read more

RecommendedThe staff on the 4th floor were so friendly and professional. Took care of all of my needs and were so so kind!!!
This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced problems with them. They were supposed to get me in for a quick flu shot after my appointment and forgot. I waited an hour before I realized the must have forgotten about me. The nurse that was supposed to had in fact forgot and had to wait another ten minutes for another to be ready. Now, it’s my ultrasound day and the first time I’ll get to see my baby and they had to reschedule because their technician went home. I’m convinced they’ll find anyway to mess something up. RecommendedAbsolutely top notch care!! I was in the hospital for 21 days. I think I met at least 1 new person from each dept every day. The standard of care and seamless continuity from nurse to nurse, shift to shift was incredible!
