The staff was amazing! Dr. Greenwald was wonderful! I have to Julie that put my IV in was amazing, I'm terrified of needles and she was patient with me!

I came into the E.R., expecting the worst. I'm tired of dealing with other E.R.s in towns like Des Moines and SiouxCity, Newton, and even Nevada, from which i live in. But, i was met with a smile, and the receptionist went above and beyond her job as to help me find a Dentist and an Oral Surgeon, bcuz the reason for me coming to the E.R. in the first place was bcuz my teeth. Waiting time was no longer than 4 mins. Wow!!!
