Staff very friendly and attentive to my needs. Very impressed with no matter what department your in before they leave the room they ask if there is anything you need. Also like the bed side report they do with on coming shift. They really make you feel you have a say in your care!
We got to our room almost immediate, staff very friendly, doc good, I didn't give them a 5 because it seemed like a long time till my sister got her pain med, I however could be wrong. ER room big clean!
My friend recently had to go into emergency surgery after having a terrible stomach ache. The nurses and staff were amazingly kind and ran tests as quickly as possible. They continued to talk us through everything and answer any questions we had. They worked very hard and I was very impressed with not only how they treated their patient, but how they treated their visitors. I'm glad to know there are people we can trust with our health and who are there with a friendly smile to answer questions.
