This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced problems with them. They were supposed to get me in for a quick flu shot after my appointment and forgot. I waited an hour before I realized the must have forgotten about me. The nurse that was supposed to had in fact forgot and had to wait another ten minutes for another to be ready. Now, it’s my ultrasound day and the first time I’ll get to see my baby and they had to reschedule because their technician went home. I’m convinced they’ll find anyway to mess something up. Absolutely top notch care!! I was in the hospital for 21 days. I think I met at least 1 new person from each dept every day. The standard of care and seamless continuity from nurse to nurse, shift to shift was incredible!
