Muy agradecida con todo el personal del hospital desde el area de urgencias hasta el area de hospitalización por que ayudaron a mi bebé de 3 meses a salir de una bacteria, durante 8 días estuvieron en constante revisión día y noche, siempre con cuidado y mucho cariño atendían a mi princesa, muchas gracias!
My son got an infection in his knee and the whole ED team was on top of it and got him in for surgery the next morning! We stayed for 4 days and everyone we encountered was so amazing! All the nurses are sooooo awesome! We were well taken care of & was always asked if there was anything they need. They have so much there for kids. Make them feel comfortable. A huge play area. Toys for the rooms. Wagons. I think cash did about a thousand laps around there! Thank you for taking care of our son!
Dear Mary Bridge, Just a few notes per our stay today for out patient surgery. 1.) Don't tell us to valet park when the valet entrance is the furthest from where we need to be 2.) Have the concierge know where we're going opposed to our experience of following him the wrong way on the wrong elevator and having to back track. Same with pediatric waiting, we were taken upstairs to the next floor then brought back down to where we'd just left because of your staff. Not very com...Continue Reading
The doctors,nurses and staff are so friendly and helpful. Answering any questions I had regarding the surgery.
All the staff was helpful and had the knowledge to help get my baby better.
My son has been to Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital many times starting at birth and we have never left unhappy. They always treat us with respect and give the best care possible.
