Have had numerous issues with Mary bridge from rude staff member to no communication. Daughter broke her collar bone. Went in for x-rays. Checked in and then waited almost an HR after because the front desk didn't notify x-ray we we're there. Had it happen again because they notified the wrong office/staff. They scheduled us for check up appointments over the year but gave us the wrong time and even date for a couple of them. Now they want to remove the hardware saying it's time sensitive. Dr. Elizabeth Woods is a fraud that tears families apart for false accusations of child abuse without doing proper diagnostic measurements to prove medical ailments. Do not go to this hospital as long as this monster is still under employment.
RecommendedDuring my 17 year old daughters 18 day stay, most of it being in the PICU, I have not one complaint about ANY of the staff. She (and I) were treated with respect. The staff, I feel, went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. After that initial stay, we've been back for another 5 day stay and then 1 more overnight. Again, treated with respect. Gotta love this Marketing team. They deleted my initial review. I absolutely do not recommend this hospital as long as that monster Dr. Elizabeth Woods is "practicing" there when she should be sitting in a jail cell.

I felt very disappointed in your staff and doctor last night while bringing my daughter in because of febrile seizures that weren’t normal, and I have never seen them before. She had be diagnosed with influenza strain a earlier that afternoon but to come to Mary bridge and have a doctor tell me that what I saw with my own two eyes wasn’t true was quite disheartening. Signage is definitely needed, especially for patients and families who are new to the area. Also- if staff are asked specifically where to find a specialty clinic and 5 of 6 don’t even know that’s a small issue. Way finding is impossible with out signage especially during construction. Other than that. I’d come here again. The service we received at the ENT clinic was awesome.
