Not sure what the purpose of a warranty is when they don’t fix the issues. My shellac started chipping prior than a week. I went it to have it fixed and all they did was wiped with acetone, buffed, and put a clear coat over it. There are bubbles, pin holes or dots, the tips are chipping, etc. I was told that is normal wear at a week even though I was told when I got them done shellac should last 14 days. I went in on a Friday to receive dip powder on my nails and the next day the dip powder is cracking and chipping off!

I went here yesterday with you girls for my birthday and only issue we has was with the lady who did my pedicure. very rude and rushed through it. and was so rough that it actually hurt. she didn't even ask me which color was mine. by the time I realized it was the wrong color it was too late. we will be back though. hopefully I get someone better next time

I just got my nails done and while the people there were extremely friendly and helpful, my nails did not seem to be worth what I paid for them. Once I got home and in my homes lighting I noticed that my color was patchy and some what see through in some areas. And my acrylic was a bit lumpy. Once they started painting my nails the service went down. The painting was so rushed, I wish they had taken more time to do it correctly.

I remember in 2014, I contracted ringworm on the bottom of both my feet from getting a pedicure. I also got acrylics which were not good at all. When I called to complain the manager laughed and said he would reimburse me for my $3 cream from Walgreens. I paid over $80. He said the guy had already been fired (not do to this situation). They wouldn’t refund me, they didn’t even apologize or act like they cared. I have always had good experiences here UNTIL yesterday! I got my original set here of ombré and the guy did GREAT! I then come for a fill and she kept talking to everyone about an ombré in another language and never said anything to me though and I’m so disappointed in what my nails look like and I always refer them to everyone!! And I was charged $45 for a fill with crappy looking nails and my daughter came and got crappy nails too so now I can’t recommend them cause you never know what your going to get!!! I just got my nails done here and my second experience was so bad. My first was great but this other nail tech I had did not take her time. She was completely rushed. I had polish still left on my hands and a cut on my nail. I felt tense and not relaxed. And after telling them about the cut and polish she wiped it off in a rush as well. I’m not too happy about spending a good amount of money for rushed services.
