I don't understand how this place is always packed. I have never had a good experience, but I am always with someone who suggests we go there. My lady texted and played a game on her phone every spare second she got while doing my manicure. Left for a while to go to someone's eyebrow wax since they forgot about their appointment. Asked for an additional request for my nails and she straight up said, no." I Love Vince! He is so funny and makes the whole experience that much better! I have actually enjoyed all of the techs but he is my go to guy. Never rushed!
Their services were absolutely wonderful! The staff is very friendly and I felt so relaxed! I totally look forward to becoming a regular customer!

Customer service was awful from the moment i walked in and throughout my manicure...and to top it off I left with 7 of my cuticles bleeding from being cut back so far. I was not charged for the service for obvious reasons but it was the worst manicure I've ever received. Also not the first service I've had here that I was unhappy with. I would not recommend going here for anything.

First at all we would like to thank you for your review. Secondly, the bleeding from your hang nails, the technician had conformed with you that trimming your hang nails that would have caused the bleeding and you agreed to do so. Then you even said "she was every nice" when you checked out and we offered you free service because your hang nails got cut and bled. If our customer service was bad, we would have charged you anyway. You got FREE $25 service on that day, and you are still Not happy.
