I been going to Martini nail for a long time, I love the service they provide, I always make an appointment with Kathy, I love the way she does my nails from the first day she started working there. I believe the front desk girls could improve their attitude, but in general a very nice place.
I was definitely not impressed by the service here. I took my daughter to get her toes and nails done for her dance recital. We decided to try this place since they had kid chairs. We weren't offered anything to drink which bothered me as it was so hot out and it's just normally curtesy when you go in. My water was barley warm and the girl didn't do anything to my feet as far as cleaning the nails up besides trimming them down. Poorly service, I was seated in a pedicure chair after waiting for half an hour. Edward my nail technician, rushed through my service completely. I was in and out the door within 30 minutes for a Lemon Drop pedicure that I paid $40. I've been coming here little over 2 years. By far this is the worst experience I've got!!! I did also mention it at the front desk, the girl offer me a discount, I don't need the discount, I want the service to be right! I took my mom and two daughters for manicures, and on the 2nd day their polish had chipped off on multiple nails, and my moms polish was bubbling up. We are very disappointed and will not go back.
Even though they were obviously busy we were greeted right away, staff very friendly. They seemed to go above and beyond to give us the pampering experience, we have found our NEW FAVORITE place!!!!!
I have been coming here for about 2 months now and they are very professional. I always catch myself almost asleep while getting my pedicure. Ask for Kathy, she is awesome!
