I took my 2 girls and 4 friends to get Mani/ pedi their toenails and fingernails were painted within 10 minutes, they were all chipping within an hour of leaving and 5/6 had no polish by the next day on their fingernails. I also got a $40 pedicure that lasted 2 DAYS before chipping very disappointed since this was my daughter bday party! Will not be returning and do not recommend this place!
I was very disappointed in the service I recieved. After 5 days my shellac on my nails is totally off on 2 nails partially on 2 others. The person doing my nails was rushed because the scheduler kept coming over to him and asking how much longer. My husband recieved a pedicure and did not get any type of massage with it. NOTHING!! I know that's not a gentlemen ' s pedicure. I felt like it was a waste of our money. Very nice. Always greeted when I come in. Always offered something to drink -water etc. Never wait more than a couple mins. Ryan is the BEST!!!
Very horrible customer service and we were a bridal party.. The brides diamonds fell off her nails before even leaving the salon.. All three girls that received acrylic nails had one break or fall off with in a week.. When asked to have the nails fixed rude comments were made under breathe... I would recommend not booking any sort of party here.. They wouldn't even let us all sit together when getting manicures and pedicures done..
Always friendly and professional and I always enjoy it.
