Nail tech walked up to my chair and adjusted my seat without permission. Had scalding hot water in the bowl, then when I asked her to lower the temp, she put all cold water into the bowl. I asked her to please warm it up to a medium temp. She massaged my feet so hard that it was painful and I had to ask her to be gentler. Came for a mani, left with bloody fingers. I understand that things happen, but I was more shocked with how things were handled. After being cut on two fingers, one of which would not stop bleeding, I told the technician that I didn’t want her putting polish on my nails with a wound that wouldn’t stop bleeding. She understood, gave me a bandage and walked me to the front. The girls at the front didn’t offer anything to remedy the situation and I felt like I was pushed out the door. I’m sure there are a couple good techs here but my daughter and I hated our experience. I had a service done and I paid for it, but never will we return. Our usual spot was booked, so next time I know to make our appointments instead of running into this. What was supposed to be a fun memorable experience, turned into disappointment. Front desk clerks were nice, friendly and accommodating. They did do my 3 yo nails for free but this was after my nail tech got disgruntled with the fact that I didn’t like the way he shaped my ... read more
I won't return here ever again I got a bad infection from actinic nails my daughter came asked for almond nails they were squared they looked awful and the man's English was poor manager said it was my dailughters fault she told someone she couldn't understand she liked them this is twice I won't be back and wouldnt refer anyone here ever!
Love this place! Great customer service every time I go!! I recommend u guys ask for Jimmy or Rose when getting service there the best! ☺
