An estate agent that can get the job done. I would highly recommend. After recently having to deal with a few agents for the same service, Martin Thornton are stand out. They look after the client, return your calls, communicate at all stages and do what they say they are going to do. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, Ava and Elisha are a credit to the business.

I would highly recommend Martin Thornton Estate agents to anyone. From the start to the finish of selling our property we were treated with respect, professionalism and kindness from our agent Bailie. He went above and beyond to make the process easy for us to understand and no questions were left unanswered. Other staff members were able to help if we weren't able to contact Bailie. I would 100% use this estate agent again.
I recently used Martin Thornton's to sell my house in the Mount area in Huddersfield, which has since been sold. I found them to be competitive in price and give realistic valuations. They have connections with good solicitors i.e. Ramsdens. Always available when I telephoned with any queries, would definitely recommend.
Weirdest policy I've ever heard of 😳 can't book an appointment without a second number? Sorry, what?! Asked for a number of a family member or friend that has nothing to do with my house sale and wouldn't want calls regarding my house lol. It's 2025 and find this utterly bizarre. Rang 2 more agents that have no such policies. This needs rethinking!
