I have been with Honda for over 12 yrs... I came in on Feb 11 to trade my Civic in, the car I wanted was supposed to be in within 1 week. As of today I still don't have the car and the loaner car they gave us to use the battery died last night leaving us out in the cold for 2 hours. I never even received a courtesy call during these 3 weeks just to let me know what's going on. I'm really dissatisfied with Mainline Honda..... I'm done !!!!

Mainline Honda helped me out big time! I had a Jeep that I was totally unhappy with. They got me into my new 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE and kept my payments down! I could not be happier!!! See sales person Mike Murnane and General Sales Manager Mike Freeman. Thank you guys so much!!!!!! :) :) :)
Family had bought last 5 cars from Honda! Never again ! Services charged over $400 for 2 new keys! Highway robbery. Will take my families business elsewhere!
