Recently leased another vehicle from Martin Main Line Honda. Had previously been relatively pleased with service and recommended to the dealership. Recent experiences have us rethinking this. When we returned our previously leased vehicle it was over-mileage and the Salesperson assured us they would work with us, and as such we put down more $ and agreed to a higher monthly lease charge. Mr. Mike M. was very helpful. I came in late and he worked with me even though it was close to the time he got off. He answered all my questions and showed me every vehicle until I found one I loved.
Great experience with Stephen Knopf! He was really helpful and extremely responsive. After some not so great treatment at a local Jeep dealer, this was a welcomed attitude and we really appreciated his time. I happily drove my new Civic off the lot tonight :)
