Substandard Service quality and unethical business practices. They do not honor the price quoted to you when you drop off vehicle for service and push you into paying during checkout. Above all, the service quality is very very poor. Do not go here for anything more than an oil change....Well....don't go even for an oil change.
I had a great exprerience at Main Line Honda. I worked with Roman and Mitch. They were both very helpful and accomodating. I love my Honda Civic and will definately use Main Line Honda again when I need to purchas or lease a car.

I love the extra effort Steve Knopf puts in. Answering client calls after hours. Setting himself up each morning to have a good day. Making sure your car is ready upon arrival. Since the start of Covid-19, I am so proud that he has been giving a FREE Face Mask to each customer who purchases from him. Everyone needs a car to get around and now everyone need a face ask to go places!

Last month we lease Honda Pilot from them. Costco has Auto discount program with Honda. Since I’m Costco member if I buy or lease from Honda Dealership we will receive $500 Costco gift card. Costco gave us promotional code and told us to give them the code to Honda when we lease the vehicle so they can put in their system. We gave to sales person Roman Tobak and he told us to contact back Costco because they don’t know what to do with code. Ted is the worst salesman ever. He will promise you the world and give you nothing. Very unprofessional and pushy. You are treated like a number as he bounces from client to client. Actually told me he was Very busy so if I was not interested to basically beat it. Very unorganized place.
Waited two weeks for a 7am appointment so my car would get done by 9am. Called at 10am and they hadn't even looked at my car. Never again!!
You denied my fiancee the health care worker bonus when she got her car today. Too bad health care workers only means nurses and doctors, not the cardiopulmonary rehab team. Ya know, being essential personnel in a hospital, making sure the nurses and doctors have properly fitting masks to stay healthy just isn't as important I guess. Thanks for drawing a clear line, I will not be getting MY car here next time.
