Sadly I was told my car needed work and when I went to my local shop to get this “work” done, the fluid wasn’t even evaluated (there was rust on bolts that would have to be taken off in order to evaluate this fluid), this particular item was in pristine condition and full. the staff said this about two things on my car. The automobiles are high quality. The news level in the showroom/sales floor is deafening. I could not be heard by the saleswoman or the sales manager due to the high noise level. They did not know the price of the car itself (the car they said was in stock was not there so could not see the sticker) so I told them the MSRP and we worked from there to make the deal.
They always give great quality service.

The worst experience I ever had, this was my fourth dealing with Martin and I was treated like a second class citizen, I had an appointment and the sales rep went from client to client trying to make several deals at once,, they wore me down and I ended up with a car I didn't really want. I was at the dealership for over 5 hours for a deal that I didn't want. I asked for my car back ,they had already moved it to a new location. I wanted a small SUV, and they brought me the CRV instead of the HRV....,.,
