I randomly pulled into this dealership today with my 5 day old Honda that I purchased out of state. I had some weird "dirt" on my windshield. Service guy took a look and called what I can only assume was a detailer of some sort (tall black dude)I didn't get his name. He was so nice and didn't make me feel dumb, cleaned the windshield to like new and I was on my way. Thanks for the great customer service.
Horrible service. Tried to deceive my wife. Will be terminating my lease and going elsewhere. Been a customer for 10 years and 4 vehicles. Not anymore.
3 hours into an inspection no one had even looked at my car - my 18 month old and I had to leave without anything - we have since called and emailed about the poor service and heard NOTHING in return, too many poor service complaints to get back to each one I bet
