Terrible experience with service: replaced radiator and didn't replace a part so the transmission blew and had to be replaced (the stains in my driveway from the transmission fluid are unbelievable). If that wasn't bad enough, I had them replace my windscreen wipers, they were terrible immediately when they replaced them, but they shredded and they refused to replace them. I'm done with this establishment.
Easily the worst experience of my life. They left the oil plug loose on my car, caused my car engine to seize up within 3 weeks of having it on the highway. Luckily i was able to get to the side of road before. They were incredibly rude in fixing it and even accused me of loosening the oil plug on my own. Shopping here is honestly putting your life at risk, as they eventually admitted they were negligent in taking proper safety precautions.

Too too too expensive, waiting to long, never have any loaner cars available. ... Go in to get 1 thing fixed only to need something else fixed later.....makes u wonder??
I've bought 2 cars from here, I love the service when purchasing a new car and I'm very satisfied with both my purchases
A few weeks ago, my Check Engine light appeared and I took it to my mechanic who could not fix it and suggested I take my car to the dealership. I bypassed my local Honda dealer to return to my original place of purchase, Main Line. I received excellent customer service from Marc Freilich and the other associates at Main Line. I will be returning for any necessary automotive care! Thanks to all!
