I was really disappointed with my experience. I had to pay a £40.00 booking fee for a Stage One remap, despite telling them that my DPF was blocked and the Van was in limp mode. After driving an hour to the site, I was told exactly what I had already mentioned—that the issues were with the DPF and limp mode. To make matters worse, I was quoted an additional £450 to £700, which seemed very high, especially since I know a typical DPF clean is around £150.00. First rate service, nothing was too much trouble. Even made me a superb cup of tea when I arrived 🤗. Handover was quick and organised, with only road tax to sort.
