VERY POOR SERVICE – NOT satisfactory! I placed an online order through the Martin Flowers website (hosted by eflorist) at 10am on a Tuesday. After receiving my 'order confirmation' with confirmation number, I considered my mission accomplished and checked 'order flowers' off my list.
