If I could give them zero stars I would. Went there for pains in my side, saw the Nurse Practitioner who ordered me an Ultrasound on the 13th. Today is the 27th & I’ve called 1/2 dozen times just to get the run around and a promise someone will call me back!! But I guarantee you they’ve charged my insurance as if they’ve actually done something!! I shouldn’t have to stalk my Dr for my results!! Very INCOMPETENT and a DISGUSTINGLY DISGRACEFUL way to treat your patients!!
RecommendedI've been a patient of Dr Riser since I was 14yrs old. and have also seen his other. and will not go to another office. I have seen many of his medical staff over the years, and I currently see Albert Sanders!. Absolutely fabulous,!!! addressing the long waits- this is why I am glad he has Nurse Practitioners on staff, my wait time has not been long at all. I have also used the walk-in clinic many times!! I also feel that the price for the visits are just as comparable if not cheaper than a few other Drs. in town!
You never get to see the actual doctor
I’ve been seeing Albert Sanders for about two years now! He Is very professional and personable. I also haven’t had long waits. I definitely will go back. Karl Margiotta, Diamondhead, MS
Best doctors/ clinic around. Friendly, loving staff that is always there to help you. I have been going there for years and I love it.
Worst office ever. Steal money from you. Terrible doctors. Revolving door for the staff. Absolute garbage of an office.
