Outstanding service from start to finish From start to finish, Martin & Co Bebington have been absolutely flawless in their communication and support. Really poor customer service. Very dismissive when asked to view a property, refused to take any details of our position that we are on the market or the cash buying options. Very disappointing compared to other agents we have used in the area.
Cannot speak highly enough of the Bebington office. They are an amazing team, especially Lesley and Sheena. A shout out too for Abby. We are in the process of selling through them and bought from them. Nothing is too much trouble but most importantly they are knowledgeable and professional from start to finish, not something that can be said of all estate agencies. Highly recommend them to anyone buying, selling or renting.
Every member of the team involved in getting us in to the new rental property were professional and very helpful. From viewing to move in, it was all handled well.
Just moved into a new rental we got through Martin and Co. Excellent service throughout from the viewings with Tracey who was so friendly and professional and Cath and Sheena in the Bebington office who helped us through the application process. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. A big thankyou to you all, we absolutely love our new home!
