I am so grateful, Zou, for such a quick response after office working hours. We had gas leaks in our property, and Zou organised a plumber in a few minutes to fix it the problem.
Thank you to Alesandra, to help us sort it out the issues in the house. There are still some things to do, but hopefully, it will be going smoothly like the rest. She is a very professional and effective person, response for emails and any enquiries as quick as possible.
I had enquired about a property last week, put in my offer, have phoned every day to find out if my offer had been accepted. I was told they would let me know Wednesday. Today. I had to phone them to and ask again. So they found out yesterday afternoon. Would have been great for them to let me know when they found out as I put in the first offer. Unprofessional. Not impressed. Don't recommend.
