Doesnt even deserve 1 star tbh. I must say the most useless and annoying estate agent to work with is james mulder. My gosh the amount of times he would confuse me and make me panic without even checking on any updates from other parties is such a joke. Anytime i would ask for advice regarding the sale for the property he didnt want to “disturb” the seller/ buyer with simple questions. But he has no issue calling you to ask a million questions.
