My experience with James from the Martin & Co Reading branch was extremely disappointing. He came across as disingenuous and completely rude throughout our interaction. Rather than being helpful or professional, his attitude made the whole process unnecessarily unpleasant. I would not recommend dealing with him.

Had an amazing experience with this letting agency, namely Kyra who was quick in her response and took initiative to contact the local council on our behalf to check on parking permits etc. Highly recommend this agency.
