Janine has been absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of my flat. She's incredibly friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It's made the whole process so much smoother and less stressful. I really appreciate her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and approachable agent!
The room was okay overall, but it could have been cleaner when I moved in. The window sills were dusty, and when I moved the bed, I found dirt and some spider webs. It seems like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival. Once I did some cleaning myself, it was fine, but I expected better preparation. The place has potential, just needs more attention to cleanliness.
Communication before the viewing was accurate. James was friendly during the viewing.
