Disappointed with the service I’ve had a frustrating experience with Martin & Co. We reported a broken shower switch—a clear safety hazard—and it took them over a week just to respond. Meanwhile, we’ve been unable to shower properly, which has disrupted our daily routine. Communication is painfully slow, and issues in the apartment are not dealt with promptly. As tenants, we expect basic maintenance to be handled with urgency, especially when it affects health and safety. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case.
Martin & Co had made everything as easy and transparent as it can get. From tenancy agreements to fixes that the property requires during our stay. We appreciate the support, fast response and willingness to help every time we've reached out. Super quick in resolving issues!
