I rented a house in Stratford-upon-Avon, through Martin & Co. for just under 2 years. My initial intention was to stay for a much longer term, however, my circumstances changed and I was offered the opportunity to buy my own place a few months before the end of my second lease term. Update. They claim to not to be able to link to a sale. Try linking to a failed sale in November last year after 6 months of half truths if not blatant lies. Whole team range from incompetent to mediocre in my view. It cost us a lot of real money. Avoid.
For our first move this was definitely one of the better companies. The communication was amazing and they got back to emails extremely quickly. Amazing company with some amazing people
