I rented my flat with martin and co and can't rate them highly enough.they found me an tenant .Although he was a a good tenant left it dirty. After 3 years I let martin and co sell it for me as i rate them very highly.I could trust them implicitly.Trust them 100 %. That office is run correctly and they do all they can to do their help their clients. They sold my property within one day. Mark is very good at his job we cannot fault him. Martin & co were great for me in the purchase of my home. Janet in particular was amazing and really went above and beyond in getting my purchase done in time to beat the rise in stamp duty. Completed for me inside 6 weeks of the original listing. Highly recommend.
I would avoid like the plague if you are a tenant looking to rent! Everything they do is in favour of the landlord and they do nothing to represent or stand up for the tenant! The property I rented was excited in a cleaner state than was entered in, yet I’ve lost a large percentage of my bond for items I wasn’t even responsible for. We rented a home through Martin & Co. between January 2023 and September 2024. From the initial viewing of the home to the end of the tenancy, we had fantastic communication and support from the Hinckley staff. We highly recommend you. Thank you for everything.
Had to use my mothers google account. But i'm Nick Bevan and was power of attorney for a family member who needed to sell their home to continue covering car home fees. Jan Stuckley has been an absolute superstar throughout the process of selling the property and extremely helpful. Despite a few trials and tribulations with the chain. All the team at Hinckley who i met were brilliant, polite and helpful. Most definately will use Martins again.
