We had an excellent experience buying a property with Martin & Co. The team were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Michael and James felt very human and trustworthy, I would recommend using their services without reservation.
Stay away from this agency! As a tenant I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. After 12 years of renting they breached the contract by giving only two months notice in the middle of the contractual year. In addition to that they kept for themselves £1700 deposit without giving any explanation. Pure rubbish!
James and team were very helpful when purchasing a property through Martin & Co. They were always available to help breakdown and explain information throughout the process and helped make sure there was consistent communication between all parties along the way.
I have had a great experience with Martin & Co. Thank you for your support over the last 3.5 years.
