Terrible treatment
We recently sold our flat with Martin and Co and could not have been more impressed with the service. They were always one step ahead and informing us before we even had to ask where the sale was in the process. Jamie was particularly great in informing us where we were in the process and pushing everything through at speed to help us save on the stamp duty increase! Also helped us manage communication from the top of the chain that was a bit slow to make sure for a smooth sale process for us and also to ease the stress off.... read more
We have just moved to our new house which we purchased through Martin and Co Brighton. I cannot speak highly enough of how professional they were especially Jamie. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process keeping us informed every step of the way. He was even updating us with what was happening with the sale of our house which should have been thr job of our agents Cubitt and West.
