This is the sort of firm, more specifically the director is the sort of person, who sends a section 21 no fault eviction notice just before 5pm on a Friday, close to a rent payment date, to leave no time for quick action, and does so because a good tenant is happy to continue renting on a periodic tenancy and doesn't want or need a new AST. They are in it for nothing more than the money; they do not care about people. They are unscrupulous and greedy. It's all about targets, with no concern for the human impact. Found a very nice property to rent as tenant through Martin & Co. Gaye is exceptional and she was there at the viewing and also worked with us through the letting process. Martin & Co also mediated requests between us and the landlord. I liked that they were honest about not having all the answers but also followed up with the landlord for answers. All questions were promptly answered at every step, and Gaye made us comfortable settling into our new home.
