They’re 100% honest, act with integrity, and don’t try to push or spin things AND they act fast, no having to chase – which made the whole process so much easier. What more can we say dealing with Kim has been an absolute joy. If you are a landlord then you can be sure that she will dot every I and cross every T when managing your letting agreement. She is extremely professional and will always have your back covered. Dealing with some agencies can be faceless and challenging but with Kim it was personable and effortless.
