The service technicians literally walked across the street to assess my problem, because my daughter broke off a toothpick into the ignition and we could not move the car ,,within an hour my car was ready to drive, everyone there was friendly, polite ,and knowledgeable, that is the only Chevy dealership i will do business with now!!

We purchased a 2017 Traverse from Michael Ballard today and what a wonderful experience we had. I always dread buying a new vehicle as most times the salesperson is pushy but not him. He took the time to show us how every thing worked and just as nice as he good be. Most likely will buy a new truck in a few months and we'll be heading back and will ask for Michael.
