I had Martin's service department do a full detail on my truck, they did such an outstanding job! I couldn't believe that they made my truck look new again. I spend a lot of time in my truck so it was bad. Thank you to the service detail department also a special that to service department manager Jimmy for taking care of my truck. GREAT JOB!
As soon as the paperwork was signed on my new purchase, customer service went in the gutter! I was promised accessories for my new ride, but my calls were avoid and now the sales person & even the sales manager refuse to return my call! I have been promised multiple times a call back, and nothing! I do not like being lied to. Even multiple emails to manager and GM were never returned. You have lost my families future business!
