We went there to just look. We had been to several others and just weren't impressed with anything. A man finally saw us sneaking around looking at stuff and approached us. His name is J. C. And he is the best!!! He knew so much and was so easy to talk to! He listened to me and led me first thing to a car I loved! He keeps a positive attitude and is super friendly. We ended up buying a new car and I couldn't be happier!! Thanks J. C. AND thanks Martin family!!

February 28th I bought a Suburban from Kim at Martin Chevrolet in Cleveland, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will be going back to this dealership in the future. If you need an automobile go see Kim.
Had my Tahoe fixed there from a minor accident and they were horrible! First, they didn't fix all the damage and tried keeping the rest of the money. Second, they had to put two new tires on and put both on the same side of the vehicle ( who does that?). Third, my insurance over paid them and they tried keeping that money as well, they told me, "oh, we're sure your not worried about that", ya, I am! Just bought a 2016 Camaro from here. Michael, my salesman, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was extremely nice and patient. I never felt like I was being rushed out the door. Will definitely be doing business with them again.
