I went in to Martin Chevy with the mindset of buying a Chevy equinox. I’m young and don’t have a lot of credit so it was a little outside the realm of possibilities for me. I was disheartened but JC was the best salesman I could have asked for. He showed me a pre owned GMC Terrain that was fully loaded. Never will I buy parts or call your service department again. You have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Aweful service department! I spent a bundle to have my car fixed . they didn't fix it I brought it back several times they worked on several times its still broke! Don't bring your car here!
They did not complete work on my car, I have called multiple times and have been hung up on & my calls have not been returned. I have turned over to my insurance company to rectify at this point. Stay away from this dealership!

I had a tire repaired on my new 2017 Silverado Z71 and the charge for repair was above what is commonly charged in town. I was sent a survey and was very honest in my response which was pretty negative. The service manager called me a coup!e of days later and explained that he did a pricing review of local shops. They have adjusted their prices accordingly and are now competitive with the rest! I had the very best experience at Martin Chevy! I had previously been to Munday Chevy for my last 2 Equinox purchases. Had the most horrible experience. I decided to drive out to Cleveland to Martin Chevy. At Martin Chevy I was one on one with the salesperson. He was amazing and spent almost 2 hours going over every feature of the Tahoe before I had even decided to buy it!
