I made an appointment for service and when I got to the dealership, I was told that there's no record of an appointment. I was told that they could work me in, but had no idea how long that would take. Not a good way to do business... not a happy camper!!!
Not happy with the quality of their work.
They stated I didn’t have a transmission leak but the next week I had my TRANSMISSION LEAK fixed in Humble under GMC warranty.
I won’t EVER do business here again after the repair shop left lug nuts loose on my truck... Very disappointing to experience this from a local “so called” professional company...
I was in and out of here with a new to me 2017 Malibu in less than 3 hours. Francisco “Pancho” was awesome & Efraim was quick & got me a good rate! Thank you Martin Chevrolet!
